1. Introduction
These terms govern your use of gastrogallery.com and your purchase of art prints from Gastro Gallery (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We ship worldwide. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. A contract is formed when we send your order confirmation email.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in USD. Tax obligations vary by shipping destination and are the customer’s responsibility where applicable. Payment is taken at the time of order via Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
4. Shipping
Standard shipping is $7.99 worldwide. Orders over $69 qualify for free shipping. Estimated delivery times and carrier details will be included in your order confirmation. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.
5. Returns
If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund. As prints are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please check frame and size options carefully before ordering.
6. Intellectual Property
All artwork, imagery, and copy on this site are the property of Gastro Gallery or licensed third parties. Prints are sold for personal, non-commercial display only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell any content without our written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gastro Gallery’s liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
